Job title: Treasury Solutions Analyst
Reporting to: Head of Treasury Solutions
POSITION SUMMARY
The main roles of a Treasury Solutions (‘TS’) Analyst will be to:
- Provide analytical and project delivery support for operational treasury assignments.
- Assist with the preparation of external marketing materials and internal workstream process documentation
- Act as an additional analytical and deal execution resource as required.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with TS Consultants globally with the delivery of high-quality analytical and report output.
- Assist TS Consultants with developing and the on-going maintenance of various standard in-house treasury models and documents.
- Support PMC Consultants with the preparation of various forms of marketing material and associated research efforts, together with project proposals as required.
- Provide assistance to the PMC risk management team with sundry financial analysis when required and to support the execution of FX and interest rate risk management transactions for clients.
- Be a participant in the continued development and growth of PMC’s business globally, working closely with other Consultants to identify and target potential clients.
EXPERIENCE AND CHARACTERISTICS
- A minimum of 2 – 3 years of relevant treasury experience would be desirable (Treasury, Finance, AP or AR experience).
- Business-related degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Maths), or relevant Treasury qualification (MSc/MBA, /AMCT, or an appropriate accounting qualification).
- A highly professional approach is a must. A background of working for one of the leading financial services firms, large consulting firms or the treasury department of a large corporation would be desirable but is not essential.
- Analytical nature, combined with good communication skills (written and oral), strong interpersonal skills. Must have a balanced, open and team-based personality with a good sense of humour, ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with third party platforms associated with treasury operations such as Treasury Management Systems, Reuters/Bloomberg, 360T/FXall and internet banking platforms.
- An understanding of cash management, payment processing and banking practices.
- Good working knowledge of core Microsoft products, particularly Excel and Power Point, with competency in Power BI, Tableau or similar data visualisation tools or other skills being an advantage.
- Fluency in a major European language, in addition to English, would be advantageous but is not a requirement.

Job title: Hedge Accounting & Valuation Consultant
Reporting to: Head of PMC Analytics
POSITION SUMMARY
The role will manage and deliver the hedge accounting and web-based hedge valuation services of PMCA. The position will also be responsible for significantly contributing to the growth of the PMCA business.
TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advise and support clients in the delivery of hedge accounting reports, valuation statements, and all other services/products delivered as part of PMCA.
- Manage the day-day administration of the PMCA business, including the appropriate procedures for client onboarding, the addition of new users and new client trades on the web-based application. In addition, ensure that comprehensive and robust procedures and controls are in place and adhered to in respect data integrity testing.
- Ensure that the business is run strictly in accordance with its SOC 1 policies and procedures and be the key contact point for future SOC audits.
- Oversee the billing process for PMCA.
- Remain fully up to date with all accounting standards relevant to the provision of hedge accounting services in different jurisdictions. Create an awareness of these standards and their implication for PMCA with other PMC consultants.
- Work closely with colleagues in the development of the PMCA business. Also, work closely with other consultants in the development of strategies, setting objectives, policies and plans, including identifying and targeting potential clients.
- Work with developers, and the PMC Treasury team, to enhance the PMCA web-based hedge valuation offering.
- In addition to client assignments, work with the rest of the PMC team in connection with marketing and selling PMC’s services to its existing and new client base.
- You will also as and when required assist in the day-to-day tasks connected with the operation of PMC.
PROFILE
Experience / Characteristics
- Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 4 years of experience, including hands-on responsibility with the appropriate attention to detail for the delivery of hedge accounting and valuation services.
- Ability to understand the financial risks faced by a business for which PMCA provides hedge accounting and hedge valuation services.
- Experience working with, and managing, strict adherence to SOC 1 controls.
- Current knowledge of all relevant accounting standards. An accounting qualification would be an advantage.
